The Hawker Place Residents' Association has been formed to look after the interests of those living within Cannock, Bedgebury and Delamere Courts.

The Association consists of residents just like you and we strive to make the place we live as comfortable, tidy and effectively run as possible.

We have formed a RTM company, with the legal supervision of Landmark. Our aim is to replace the current management company OM with one that better suits our needs and offers superior value for money.
